Dear Sir,
With due honour, we want to state that we are eager to hold a function in the school auditorium on the 15th instant on the occasion of our last day at school. There will be recitation from the holy Quran, farewell speech and at the end, recalling the past days and a feast for all the students. We have already collected the amount from every SSC Exam candidate by subscription.
Under the above circumstances, we hope that your honour would be kind enough to permit us to hold the function in the college auditorium and oblige thereby.
