Subject : Application for enhancing more facilities in the library.
Sir,
We, the students of your school, would like respectfully to inform you that our school library is rich with rare and valuable books.
But our library still lacks some useful books. We need some reference books which will help the students a lot for preparing notes. The few books that are remaining mostly are now out of date and, some pages of the books are missing or torn. Besides, we need some daily newspapers for acquiring knowledge of home and abroad. So we need more new books, journals, dailies and some equipments.
Therefore, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to enhance these facilities in the library as early as possible and oblige thereby.

আমরা, আপনার স্কুলের শিক্ষার্থীরা, আপনাকে শ্রদ্ধার সাথে জানাতে চাই যে আমাদের স্কুলের লাইব্রেরি দুর্লভ এবং মূল্যবান বইয়ে সমৃদ্ধ।
কিন্তু আমাদের লাইব্রেরিতে এখনও কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় বইয়ের অভাব রয়েছে। আমাদের কিছু রেফারেন্স বই দরকার যা শিক্ষার্থীদের নোট তৈরি করতে অনেক সাহায্য করবে। যে কয়েকটি বই বাকি আছে সেগুলোর বেশিরভাগই এখন মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ এবং বইয়ের কিছু পৃষ্ঠা হারিয়ে গেছে বা ছিঁড়ে গেছে। এছাড়া দেশ-বিদেশের জ্ঞান অর্জনের জন্য আমাদের কিছু দৈনিক পত্রিকার প্রয়োজন। তাই আমাদের আরও নতুন বই, জার্নাল, দৈনিক এবং কিছু যন্ত্রপাতি দরকার।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব লাইব্রেরিতে এই সুবিধাগুলি বাড়ানোর জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন এবং এর দ্বারা বাধ্য হবেন।
