Sir,
With due respect I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I could not pay my tuition fees in time. Due to late payment of tuition fees for the month of June I have been fined Tk. 20. I like to mention in this connection that my father is a low paid employee. It is hard for him to maintain our family let alone bear the educational expenses of our brothers and sisters. I failed to pay the fees in time because the money my father sent by money order did not reach me in time.
In this circumstances, I hope and pray that you would be so kind to order the office to do the needful for remission of my delay fine on receipt of the arrears.

যথাযথ সম্মানের সাথে আমি আপনার দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করতে চাই যে আমি সময়মতো আমার টিউশন ফি দিতে পারিনি। জুন মাসের টিউশন ফি বিলম্বে পরিশোধ করার কারণে আমাকে 20 টাকা জরিমানা করা হয়েছে। আমি এই প্রসঙ্গে উল্লেখ করতে চাই যে আমার বাবা একজন স্বল্প বেতনের কর্মচারী। আমাদের ভাই-বোনদের শিক্ষার খরচ বহন করা ছাড়া আমাদের পরিবার বজায় রাখা তার পক্ষে কঠিন। আমি সময়মতো ফি দিতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছিলাম কারণ আমার বাবা মানি অর্ডারের মাধ্যমে যে টাকা পাঠিয়েছিলেন তা সময়মতো আমার কাছে পৌঁছায়নি।
এই পরিস্থিতিতে, আমি আশা করি এবং প্রার্থনা করি যে আপনি বকেয়া প্রাপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে আমার বিলম্বের জরিমানা মওকুফের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাজটি করার জন্য অফিসকে আদেশ দেওয়ার জন্য সদয় হবেন।
