Sir,
We, the students of your school, have the honour to state that the summer season has already set in and the weather is becoming rough gradually. The sun becomes very scorching. Owing to the scorching heat of the summer for the last few days, it is now quite unbearable for us to stay in the classroom at noon. Students coming from the remote places face a lot of troubles in the severe heat of the sun. Even effective teaching by our teachers does not carry any impact on us as desired. So, it will surely be convenient to al of us if the classes are held in the morning.
Would you please look into the matter and be kind enough to hold our classes in the morning from tomorrow? We would remain thankful and feel much obliged if you give immediate order regarding this.

আমরা, আপনার স্কুলের ছাত্ররা, এটা বলার জন্য সম্মানিত যে গ্রীষ্মকাল ইতিমধ্যেই শুরু হয়েছে এবং আবহাওয়া ধীরে ধীরে রুক্ষ হয়ে উঠছে। রোদ খুব জ্বলে ওঠে। গত কয়েকদিন ধরে গ্রীষ্মের প্রচণ্ড গরমের কারণে দুপুরবেলা শ্রেণীকক্ষে থাকা আমাদের জন্য এখন বেশ অসহনীয়। প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চল থেকে আসা শিক্ষার্থীরা রোদের প্রচণ্ড তাপে চরম বিপাকে পড়েন। এমনকি আমাদের শিক্ষকদের দ্বারা কার্যকরী শিক্ষাদান আমাদের উপর কাঙ্খিত কোন প্রভাব বহন করে না। সুতরাং, সকালে ক্লাস করা হলে এটি অবশ্যই আমাদের সবার জন্য সুবিধাজনক হবে।
আপনি কি দয়া করে বিষয়টি খতিয়ে দেখবেন এবং আগামীকাল থেকে সকালে আমাদের ক্লাস করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন? আপনি এই বিষয়ে অবিলম্বে আদেশ দিলে আমরা কৃতজ্ঞ থাকব এবং অনেক বাধ্য বোধ করব।
