মূলভাব : কর্মই মানুষকে মহৎ করে তোলে। এ জগতে অনেকে তাঁদের মহৎ কর্ম, ভালবাসা ও অধ্যবসায় দ্বারা স্মরণীয় হয়ে রয়েছেন। মরেও তারা অমর।
ভাব-সম্প্রসারণ : অফুরন্ত সৌন্দর্যের ক্ষণস্থায়ী এক মধুর নিকুঞ্জ আমাদের এ পৃথিবী। ক্ষণস্থায়ী এ পৃথিবীতে মৃত্যু এক অনিবার্য সত্য। মৃত্যুর ধ্বংসলীলার মাধ্যমে মানুষের নিথর দেহের বিলুপ্তি ঘটলেও তার মহৎ কর্মের সুরভী কখনো শেষ হবার নয়। তার এ মহৎ কর্ম যুগ থেকে যুগান্তরে ঘুরে বেড়ায় মহাকালের ঘূর্ণনচাকায়। কাজেই মানুষ যদি যথার্থ কাজ করে যেতে পারে, তবে মৃত্যু তার নশ্বর দেহ নিশ্চিহ্ন করে দিলেও তার কর্মের সুফল ও খ্যাতির আলোকবর্তিকায় সমুজ্জ্বল হয়ে উঠে পার্থিব জগৎ। কর্মগুণে তিনি চিরঞ্জীব হয়ে থাকেন মানুষের মনিকোঠায়। মানব মনের মন্দিরে প্রতিটি মানুষ তাকে শ্রদ্ধাভরে স্মরণ করে থাকে। তাই কবি, সাহিত্যিক, শিল্পী, দার্শনিক, বৈজ্ঞানিক, সমাজসেবী, রাষ্ট্রনায়ক প্রভৃতি প্রতিভাবান ব্যক্তিরা যুগ যুগ ধরে স্মরণীয় ও বরণীয় হয়ে রয়েছেন। পক্ষান্তরে, যারা নিজেকে নিয়ে ব্যস্ত ছিলেন; সমাজ, দেশ ও জাতির মঙ্গলের জন্য কিছুই করেননি- মৃত্যুর সাথে সাথে মুছে গেছে তাদের নাম। কেউই তাদের শ্রদ্ধার সাথে স্মরণ করে না।
মন্তব্য : মানুষ বিচিত্র মনের অধিকারী। সবার জন্য যার মনে প্রেম, পরার্থে যার জীবন উৎসর্গীকৃত তার জীবনই ধন্য, সার্থক।
Those blessed people do not forget
Everyone is in daily service in the temple of the mind.
Origin : Karma makes man great. Many in this world are remembered for their great deeds, love and perseverance. Even in death they are immortal.
Bhav-expansion : Our world is a temporary sweet haven of infinite beauty. Death is an inevitable fact in this transitory world. Even though the frozen body of man is destroyed by the ravages of death, the glory of his great deeds will never end. This great work of his moves from era to era in the spinning wheel of the universe. Therefore, if man can do right deeds, even if death wipes out his mortal body, the earthly world will shine with the light of his deeds and fame. Due to his merits, he remains immortal in the minds of people. In the temple of the human mind every man remembers him reverently. Therefore, talented people like poets, writers, artists, philosophers, scientists, philanthropists, statesmen etc. have been remembered and appreciated for ages. On the other hand, those who were busy with themselves; They did nothing for the welfare of society, country and nation - their names are erased with death. No one remembers them with reverence.
